The fall is a fleeting season in Israel marked by cooling nighttime temperatures and sudden searing heat waves that last a few days and often end in rainfall.

The winter doesn’t seriously begin usually until mid-December, when sweaters and coats finally come out of closets, but already the first rains have fallen, and green shoots are popping up across the cracked and baked land.

Here ISRAEL21c has put together a series of pictures to allow you to enjoy the change of season with us.
