It’s a who’s who list of actors, producers and television executives. From Patricia Arquette to Joe Pantoliano, Matthew Modine to Stephen Baldwin, a whopping 21 Hollywood bigwigs are now in Israel on a fact-finding cultural and political mission.

The star-studded group known as The Creative Coalition will be in town for a week-long trip around the country. They will meet with Israeli and Arab policy leaders, members of the arts, culture and business communities, and representatives of non-governmental organizations.

The list of VIP visitors includes actor Tim Daly (Private Practice, Wings) who is also president of the coalition; Emmy Award-winner Patricia Arquette (Medium, Holes); Matthew Modine (Batman – The Dark Knight Rises); Emmy Award-winner Alfre Woodard (Memphis Beat, Desperate Housewives); Rachael Leigh Cook (She’s All That); Emmy Award-winner Joe Pantoliano (The Sopranos, The Matrix); Stephen Baldwin (The Usual Suspects, Born on the Fourth of July); Emmy Award-winner Richard Schiff (The West Wing); and Rob Morrow (Numb3rs, Northern Exposure), among others.

The Creative Coalition is a nonprofit, nonpartisan charity of the arts and entertainment community. It is dedicated to educating, mobilizing, and activating its members on issues of public importance and uses the platform of the arts for public service and advocacy campaigns.

The tour of Israel was organized in conjunction with the American Israel Education Foundation, an independent, non-profit, charitable foundation.
