CogniFit’s online brain fitness program can improve a person’s cognitive skills by as much as 40%, according to the company.

We all know that exercise is vital as we grow older to keep our bodies fit and healthy, but exercising the mind is just as essential. An Israeli company is leading the way with a new online brain fitness software program that it claims can improve a person’s cognitive skills by as much as 40 percent.

The sophisticated training program, called CogniFit Personal Coach, was developed by CogniFit, a high-tech company in Yokneam, which has been developing software programs to sharpen the mind for the last 10 years.

Founded in 1999 by Prof. Shlomo Breznitz, an internationally recognized authority in the field of psychology, the technology’s primary demographic is the baby boomer generation. The program, which adjusts to each individual, creating a personal training program, will be available throughout the US and the rest of the world later this month.

This is the latest in a series of products developed by the company and designed to improve mental fitness.
