Postcard from Israel – Haifa

It’s got the Baha’i gardens, museums, a breathtaking seashore, the shortest subway in the world, and it’s home to people from three of the world’s major faiths – Islam, Christianity and Judaism.
Haifa, in Israel’s north, is Israel’s third largest city and it’s famous for its open-mindedness and coexistence.
More than that though, it’s a beautiful place to visit, with dozens of cultural centers, old stone buildings, trendy shops and cafes, an energetic high-tech industry, and – having been built on hills – seemingly endless views of the blue Mediterranean.
We sent videographer Elahn Zetlin to Haifa on a winter’s day for this, our first Postcard to you from Israel.
